U1-snRNP C

Small nucleoprotein particles (snRNPs), comprising non-coding small nuclear RNAs and proteins, are involved in the splicing of eukaryotic mRNA. U1-snRNPs contain three unique proteins representing the so-called RNP-specific antigens: U1-snRNP 68/70 kDa, U1-snRNP A, and U1 snRNP C. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
