U1-snRNP A

Small nucleoprotein particles (snRNPs), comprising non-coding small nuclear RNAs and proteins, are involved in the splicing of eukaryotic mRNA. U1-snRNPs contain three unique proteins with U1-snRNP 68/70 kDa being found as two variants of different size due to alternative splicing. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
