Thyroglobulin (non recombinant)

The dimeric glycoprotein thyroglobulin, synonym for TG, is a pivotal precursor in the synthesis of thyroid hormones and comprises up to 75% of the total protein mass of the thyroid gland. It often co-purifies with thyroid peroxidase in native "thyroid microsomal antigen preparations" and is also a target of autoantibodies. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Coating Concentration
0.7-1.0 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for labeling of functional groups.
