SRP54

The signal recognition particle (SRP) recruits secretory and transmembrane proteins to the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) where co-translational translocation across the ER membrane occurs. SRP54 is the SRP subunit directly binding to the N-terminal signal peptide of these proteins. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
