SLA/LP

SLA/LP is a cytosolic soluble liver antigen / liver pancreas antigen found to be specifically detected in approximately 20% of the patients with AIH. Target of anti-SLA/LP is an approximately 50 kDa UGA serine tRNA-associated protein complex, which functions in the pathway of selenoprotein synthesis in human cells. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Recombinant. Expressed in E. coli bacterial cells.
