Ro/SS-A (60 kDa; recombinant)

Ro/SS-A is a ribonucleoprotein particle (RNP) that is suggested to be involved in RNA quality control and the cellular stress response to UV irradiation. It is composed of uridine-rich cytoplasmic (hY) RNAs and at least four different proteins including Ro/SS-A (60 kDa). DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Recombinant. Expressed in E. coli bacterial cells.

SDS-PAGE (purity> 90%); Western blot with i: anti-Ro/SS-A 60 kDa autoantibody-positive sample; ii: monoclonal anti-His-tag antibody.

Coating Concentration
