Ro/SS-A is a ribonucleoprotein particle (RNP) that is suggested to be involved in RNA quality control and the cellular stress response to UV irradiation. It is composed of uridine-rich cytoplasmic (hY) RNAs and at least four different proteins including Ro/SS-A (60 kDa). DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Native. Purified from bovine tissues by protein-chemical methods.
Biochemical Test
SDS-PAGE (purity > 60%); Western blot with antiRo/SS-A 60 kDa autoantibody-positive sample. 
Coating Concentration
0.2-0.6 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for labeling of functional groups.
