RNP/Sm (non recombinant; bovine)

U-small nuclear riboprotein complexes (U-snRNPs), a pivotal component of spliceosomes, are formed between small non-coding nuclear RNAs and a protein moiety. While the seven Sm proteins are conserved, the proteins called RNP antigens are unique for each U-snRNP subclass. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
