PM/Scl 75

The polymyositis/scleroderma (PM/Scl) complex is the human ortholog of the Saccharomyces cerevisiae exosome, which is involved in the processing and degradation of RNAs. PM/Scl 75 is one of the human subunits found in the nucleoplasm and, at higher concentrations, in the nucleolus. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.
