The pyruvate dehydrogenase complex (PDC) is a mitochondrial multienzyme complex involved in the maintenance of the cellular redox state. PDC-E2 is the central E2 component of this complex. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Origin
Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.

SDS-PAGE (purity> 80%); Western blot with i: anti-M2 autoantibody­positive sample; ii: monoclonal anti­His-tag antibody.
