NXP2
NXP2, also known as MORC3, localizes to the nuclear matrix. This 140kDa protein is involved in the regulation of the tumor suppressor protein p53. NXP2 serves as a diagnostic marker for dermatomyositis (DM) as autoantibodies against this protein have been isolated from patients and found to be directly involved in pathogenesis. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
