Nucleosome (non-recombinant;bovine)

Nucleosome cores are essential for DNA packaging in eukaryotes. Each core consists of an octamer including two copies of each histone 2A, 2B, 3 and 4 around which an approx. 140 bp section of DNA is wound twice. DIARECT provides native nucleosome antigens of bovine origin. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Native. Purified from bovine tissues by protein-chemical methods.
Biochemical Test
SDS-PAGE (purity > 80%).
Coating Concentration
0.2-0.5 µg/ml (depending on the type of ELISA plate and coating buffer). Suitable for labeling of functional groups.
