The nucleosome remodeling deacetylase (NuRD) complex exerts histone deacetylase activity and functions in the regulation of gene transcription. Mi-2, a subunit of the NuRD complex, is a DNA-dependent ATPase helicase and appears to be involved in the repair of the basal epidermis. Origin
Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.
Biochemical Test
SDS-PAGE (purity> 80%); Western blot with i: anti-Mi-2 autoantibody­positive sample; ii: monoclonal anti­His-tag antibody.
