MDA5
As a part of the innate immune system, the cytoplasmic melanoma differentiation-associated protein 5 (MDA5; syn. CADM 140), a member of the retinoic-acid-inducible gene-I like receptors, has a role in the recognition of viral RNAs. The expression of MDA5 can be induced by type I interferons. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
