gp210

In eukaryotic cells, transport between the cytoplasm and the nucleus occurs via the nuclear pore complex. One component of this complex, the evolutionary conserved gp210, is an integral membrane glycoprotein. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Origin
Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.
Biochemical Test
SDS-PAGE (purity> 80%); Western blot with i: anti-gp210 autoantibody-positive sample; ii: monoclonal anti-His-tag antibody.
