DFS70

DFS70 is identical with lens epithelium-derived growth factor/transcription coactivator p75 (LEDGF/p75), a transcription factor attached to chromatin throughout the cell cycle. LEDGF/p75 has been reported to be involved in the cellular stress response as well as the integration of lentiviruses into host chromosomes. Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.
