Centromere Protein B (CENP-B)

The centromere is a defined DNA region of a chromosome where the sister chromatids are connected and the attachment site of the kinetochore. Centromere protein B (CENP-B) binds to this DNA region and is involved in the assembly of the kinetochore. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.

Recombinant. Expressed by recombinant baculovirus (Autographa californica multiple nuclear polyhedrosis virus; AcMNPV) infection of Spodoptera frugiperda Sf9 insect cells.
