Bartonella henselae SucB

Major antigens used for the diagnosis of Cat Scratch Disease are highly immunoreactive proteins produced by Bartonella henselae. The immunogenic protein dihydrolipoamide-succinyltransferase (SucB) is an enzyme of the alpha-ketoglutarate dehydrogenase complex, catalyzing the transfer of a succinyl group from the S-succinyldihydrolipoyl moiety to coenzyme A. DIARECT™ antigens are for further manufacturing or research use only.
